It is the worker’s cottage on a larger property with the Main house being up the hill a little way, so no immediate neighbours.

The position close to the tramline and road needs to be considered for applicants with children or pets. Outside pets will be considered on merit. The owner would give consent for the tenant to erect a fence as needed.
