It is in a great position close to the beach (an easy 400m walk), King Reef Resort and the Creek Boat ramp. It features a large open plan living/dining area, spacious well-equipped kitchen, 3 generous bedrooms (some built-ins) plus a smaller single room, spacious bathroom and separate toilet & designated laundry. Split-system air-conditioned and fully tiled throughout, security doors and all windows are screened.

At present the Unit is furnished but that may be negotiable.

There is undercover parking for 1 vehicle but room for a boat or another car in a lean-to carport. There is a shared in-ground Pool and BBQ area between the units and tenants are asked to be respectful of all other tenants peaceful enjoyment of the property. The owners will take care of the pool but in return, the Unit 2 tenant is responsible to mow and keep the simple gardens neat and tidy.

Unit 2 has been a holiday rental but after the Christmas New Year bookings, it will be a permanent rental. Available second week in January.
