Well behaved outside pets may be approved on application.
There is plenty of undercover areas outside.... enough for the boat, tractor, car and barbecue. ( FYI;-roller door is not functional for the most part so can be left locked or as an open carport).
All of this is only a short walk to the beach ( 200m.) and the pub (500m).
The price is right so this solid concrete block beach house will not last long.

Why not hook in for a sea change on the coast. Kurrimine Beach is just 1.5hrs from Cairns in the North and 2.5 hrs from Townsville to the south.The closest shopping and medical is in Innisfail, Mission Beach or Tully all within a 30 min drive.
