The Unit is furnished. Some solar power and solar hot water. Sorry no four-legged pets but a bird or fish may be considered.

There is undercover parking for 2 vehicles one at the back door and one in a lean-to carport. There is a shared in-ground pool and BBQ area between the units and tenants are asked to be respectful of all other tenants peaceful enjoyment of the property. The owners will take care of the pool and lawn care can be arranged.
