Well-behaved outside pets may be approved on application.

The price is $300/week for a minimum 6-month agreement.  A 12-month agreement may be offered depending on the individual application. This solid concrete block beach house will not last long. The owners may consider $280 for a single tenant.

Why not hook in for a sea change on the coast? Kurrimine Beach is just 1.5 hours from Cairns in the North and 2.5 hrs from Townsville to the South. The closest shopping and medical are in Innisfail, Mission Beach or Tully all within a 30 min drive.  All of this is only a short walk to the beach ( 200m.) and the pub (500m).
