You will need to be able to maintain these if you take on the tenancy either yourself or with a contractor. The yard is fully fenced, so they will consider a small mature pet or two on an application-by-application basis. A locked shed at the rear holds the owners' items, but a full-length garage is available for the tenants' use. They would prefer a 12-month lease but are happy to offer an initial 6-month term to ensure it meets everyone's needs.
