It is one bedroom with a full kitchen, a large bathroom with laundry, and an open-plan living lounge area. It is fully furnished as per the photos. The owners are open to a shorter-term stay for an increased weekly rent. The lawns are included but the tenant will be responsible for the electricity costs. The property is fully fenced, so quiet, well-behaved, outside pets will be considered.

There are carports on either side of the Shouse that can be used for parking or fabulous for alfresco outside living.

Depending on the length of stay, this may be considered a short-term rental, or longer, it will be a permanent rental. Either way, a bond of 4 weeks rent will be required. 

The rent  would be

If you want a minimum of six months, the rate is $425/week.

If you want to stay three months, the rate would be a higher rate of $500/week

If you want to stay a week, the rate  is $800

Min 2-night stay is $150/night.
