This beautiful beachside cottage is perfectly positioned not only metres from the beach but directly across from the park and nearby playground, stinger net and close to the beach boat ramp.
The entire house has had a refreshing makeover. The contemporary decor features pops of colour, tropical prints and relaxed coastal accents making the most of the setting.
The updated kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan and the spacious central dining table makes the ideal place to sit down for a family meal or holiday board games!
The house is fully air-conditioned and has fans throughout. The three bedrooms are generous in size. There are queen beds in both the main bedroom and second bedroom while the third bedroom has 2 sets of double/single bunk beds.  The main bedroom features a designated dressing room and en suite. The set-out is perfect for 3 couples to spend a getaway with some own room privacy.
There are two undercover outdoor areas for entertaining. The front porch with BBQ is ideal for taking full advantage of the ocean views directly across the park. Whilst the back paved patio offers the perfect spot for a cool morning or warm afternoon cuppa. There is a tandem carport along the northern side with a large undercover patio at the rear.
The yard is fully fenced and pets may stay if arranged by pre-approval.
The tariff is $200/night on weekdays and $220/night on weekends and public holidays, the quoted tariff is for 4 people only, additional charge for extras. Max 8 people.
