The owner will self manage once the initial reference checks and agreement have been done. This generous-size Studio ( which used to be the shed office) has plenty of space with a small kitchen, bed and robe, TV and dining area and a small deck for a sit-out space to enjoy the sounds of the running creek and abundant birdlife. It does not have a shower/toilet inside the unit but is just a few meters away through the shed.

The owners live in the main house while another small flat is rented to a quiet single male.The large shed does see a little daytime activity from time to time as it is used for vehicle storage ( boat/ van/ car).

Paradise Eco Farm is just a 25min drive to beautiful Kurrimine Beach or approximately a 30-minute drive to Innisfail for shopping, medical and banking needs. Sorry, this is a no pet property.

This rate of $250/week is for a single for a min 6-month stay but a shorter term may be considered for an increased tariff. There is one 'off-street' parking space for Unit 2 which is secured in the evenings. Power is included except for the Air Con. It has a meter and the tenant is responsible for the cost of usage...use as much or as little as you like.
