Large Old style 3 bedroom unit with pool

The 3 bedroom bottom floor Unit 1 is old but well maintained and is quite distinctive in colours and patterns. It is very spacious:- large kitchen /dining /lounge area, all bedrooms are generous with 2 having new box air-cons.  This Unit has undercover parking for 1 in the rear half of the garage (entering from the side street so access to the Unit door is just there).

The property has a shared pool. All costs including the pool power and pool maintenance are taken care of by the owner or other Unit. We just ask the tenant to maintain the water level and scoop debris as needed. Unit 1 is responsible for all the mowing and maintaining the grounds. ( Large Shed is not included and is reserved for the Owners) 

Unit 2 is occupied. It is essential we find a compatible tenant for the lower level. Sorry, no pets. We are on septic so the maximum number of people approved would be 4.

If you think this would suit your needs then an initial 3 month fixed term lease is available to ensure it suits all parties. The approved tenants need to know from the beginning this property has been listed for sale for some time and sale inspections may be necessary from time to time.
