"Gumnuts" Ready to welcome guests

"Gumnuts" is a unique colonial revival with selective modern conveniences. After entering the front door via the glorious wrap-around porch, there is a very generous open-plan area with a lounge, dining, and sitting area. There's a full country kitchen with plenty of storage and items for entertaining. There are two bedrooms with one spacious bathroom on the next level. 1 bedroom is queen size with a door into the bathroom, and the other is a double bedroom. Both with built-in wardrobes and split system AC. There is wireless NBN, and Netflix is included. A designated laundry area with a washer, dryer and clothesline is essential for a longer stay. The house is fully furnished with vintage goods to accent the turn-of-the-century era of this Cottage. It's only half a block to our beautiful beach, bar/cafe and a 2-minute walk to the absolute beachfront Hotel. Close to all the amenities and opposite a forest reserve.

 

 There is a self-contained Studio owner-occupied flat on the lowest level. Completely separate entry and no shared space except the parking. One under-cover parking space is included, but room to park another vehicle off-street if needed. Plenty of parking on the street. Because of the house's layout and the quality furnishing, the house is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests and not for young children or any pets.

 

"Gumnuts" is looking for respectful guests who will appreciate it for what it is. The house is rented on a Leave as You Find basis:- everything is clean and tidy and returned to its original spot.

The tariff advertised of $120 is for the 1st guests with an additional $75 for each extra guest to a maximum of 4. Linen hire and an EXIT COVID Cleaning fee of $50 for 1 room used or $70 if both bedrooms are used. This covers the laundering and extra care to disinfect surfaces between guests.  If it is a longer stay planned, please contact us for a quote.
