Manta Ray on the Beach

Welcome to this absolute beachfront property fresh to the Holiday House market.

It has everything you need for that enjoyable beach side family holiday. A walk to the window is all you need for the weather update to see if it is a relaxing day in or time to hit the beach and ocean!

Manta Ray is spread over 3 levels. Entry from the street takes you directly through the large remote-controlled garage doors into a large rumpus games room. The extra TV will be handy when the grown-ups and kids can't decide on what to watch. This room leads out onto the BBQ area and pool deck or back down a hall with the amenities, toilet, shower and laundry( including a bar fridge), 2 generous queen bedrooms, both with their own entry doors. This completes this lower level.

Up from the games room, you walk into an oversized chef's kitchen. Storage for miles, plenty of bench space for prep, a massive island bench that doubles as the dining table with plenty of seats to chat to the cook, a generous fridge freezer, a twin drawer dishwasher, and a full-size oven and cooktop. The beach view from the kitchen also ensures the Cook is rewarded for their hard work! The adjoining open-plan lounge room has comfy couches and a large-screen TV also with a view of the beach. Another designated sitting area on the front patio completes this level. The side door gives direct access to the beach.

Up the beautiful timber staircase to the top floor for the remaining 3 bedrooms ( 1 queen, 2 singles with a trundle and a single)  plus the enormous family bathroom with a great soaking bathtub and a separate shower recess.

Looking for more:- the BBQ /POOL area will not disappoint. A very private spot for the romantics among us. It is fully Air conditioned on all levels. The double remote garage is perfect for cars or maybe even the tinnie with a  2.2 m high opening. There is plenty of off-street parking beside the shed ( sorry shed is not included in the rental).

Some housekeeping notes:- Bed Linen and towels are included. Some cleaning is included as long as the house is left as you find it:- everything in its place( furniture, crockery etc.) and all rubbish removed. No additional payment will be required if the house is left as you found it. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning over and above what is considered acceptable.

To make it a little more affordable, the $350/night tariff is for the first 4 guests. Each additional guest is $50/night for Adults, $30/child/night and Preschoolers, no charge. Max of 10 guests allowed. A minimum of a 2-night stay is essential and 5 nights minimum over the busy Christmas New Year Period. The weekly discount does not apply during school holidays, but at other times we offer 7 nights for the price of 6 nights.
