Sunrise Sands Holiday Home

This beautifully presented home is new to the holiday market. All furnishings are new, with a large fridge and washer. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living-dining area, and a well-appointed full kitchen. The wrap-around veranda on two sides is ideal for alfresco dining. The house is fully screened to allow the sea breezes through and keep you safe from bugs. On really hot days, the living area and 2 / 3 bedrooms have split system air con. 

The house is just three steps up. Once inside, all rooms are on one level. The main bedroom has an ensuite, while the main bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and large vanity. 2/3 bedrooms have built-ins. The third bedroom is not air-conditioned but close to the living room, so it cools well if needed. It also has a security screen door to the veranda, so ideal to leave it open and draw the sea breeze in.

The house shares a back boundary with a shady reserve that is neatly mowed and great for a game of chase or footy for the kids.

Sunrise Sands is a short-level walk to the boat ramp. Ideal for launch day or simply watching the action of the tractors and boats coming and going on a good day! There is tandem parking in the carport plus parking for a large boat or van beside the carport. Once you find Sunrise Sands I am sure you will be a return guest many times over.

The tariff of $220/night is set for five guests ( 1 queen, 3 singles and a single trundle for an extra). A small charge per extra guest of $30 helps cover the extra utilities. The house is rented on a Leave as you Find it basis, clean and tidy or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In these COVID times, we do add a cleaning fee of $120 per stay to cover the laundering of bath mats and teatowels plus quilts/ protectors regularly and, of course, the sanitising of touch points between guests. Linen is not included in the tariff but hire can be pre-arranged. The cost is $20/person/stay and includes top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and bath towels.

The owner does return from time to time to the detached granny flat at the rear of the property and shares no part of the house with guests.
